As a Class A office building, the tower is located on the Monivong Blvd, the main road in Phnom Penh. Prince Real Estate Group acquired the building, originally named after Hyundai, for US$50 million, in November 2017. It is now renamed Prince Phnom Penh Tower. The current occupancy rate exceeds 90%. Many world-renowned companies, such as Hyundai，Samsung Electronics, Schneider Electric, Malaysia Airlines, etc. set up offices here.
