Prince Real Estate Group Announces Leadership Transition

Prince Real Estate Group announces that Mr. Edward Lee has officially stepped down from his position as Chief Executive Officer, effective 13th November 2025.

The Group extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Lee for his leadership and valuable contributions over the past four years.

Following this transition, Mr. Zhao Yu has been appointed as General Manager of Prince Real Estate Group.

Mr. Zhao joined Prince Real Estate Group in September 2023, where he served as Design Director of Real Estate Engineering, playing a pivotal role in shaping the Group's design strategy and delivering high-quality, innovative projects. His exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and professional dedication have significantly strengthened the Group's business and project portfolio.

In his new role as General Manager, Mr. Zhao will assume overall responsibility for the Group's operations, drive strategic initiatives across all business divisions, and continue to strengthen the Group's commitment to excellence in both design and operational performance.
