Prince Real Estate Group (PREG) Wins Three Awards at the Fourth Annual Cambodia Real Estate Awards

Phnom Penh, Cambodia - April 7, 2023 - Prince Real Estate Group (PREG) is proud to announce that it has been recognized for its outstanding achievements in the Cambodian real estate industry, winning three prestigious awards at the fourth annual Cambodia Real Estate Awards (CREA) hosted by Realestate.com.kh. The awards were presented during a gala event held at a prestigious venue in Phnom Penh on April 7, 2023.

The CREA is an annual event designed to recognize and celebrate excellence within Cambodia's fast-growing real estate industry. The awards are divided into various disciplines in real estate, including Real Estate Agency Awards, Real Estate Developer/Development Awards, and Real Estate Hall of Fame Awards.

"We are honored to have won three awards at this year's CREA, which is a testament to our commitment to excellence in real estate development," said PREG CEO Edward Lee, who was also inducted into the Hall of Fame as the Personality of the Year. PREG won the following awards at the 2023 CREA:

•        Retail Development of the Year - Prince International Plaza

•        Hall of Fame (Personality of the Year) - PREG CEO, Edward Lee

The CREA winners were judged and named by a panel of industry experts, who also consulted public opinion obtained through online voting. The judging process was monitored with diligence by the official auditor to ensure the awards were free from any bias, following a global model that awards excellence in a transparent, objective, and fair way.

All participants were required to enter the "Best in Class" award categories, and for the other awards listed in the handbook, participants were given the option to enter the additional categories of their choice. The CREA entry criteria were constructed with an overriding focus on inclusiveness, ensuring that the awards cover the large variety of real estate businesses operating in the country.

The finalists and award winners were granted the prestigious CREA seal, which can be used in all marketing materials. Winners also received a beautiful trophy and a certificate confirming their personal or company achievement.
