Statement of clarification on Illegal Impersonation of Prince Real Estate Group

It has come to our attention that overseas job seekers have been maliciouslyinvited to Sihanoukville, Cambodia by recruiter(s) illegally impersonatingPrince Real Estate Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Group”). To ourunderstanding, the positions being recruited are mainly makeup artists,videographers,magicians and other performers.This illegal recruitmentactivity has been reported on social media and overseas media.

The Group attaches great importance of its reputation and absolute adherenceto Cambodia laws.

Upon investigation and verification, the Group would like to provide thefollowing information:

1.In August 2022, Prince Real Estate Group did not embark on anyrecruitment or invitation of makeup artists, videographers, magicians andother performers. Recruitment and invitations of such nature will only bedone officially via email, through the HR department of Prince Real EstateGroup:hr@princereg.com.

2.The business card used by the impersonator currently circulating on theInternet is not authentic, and the Group do not have an employee by the nameof David Lee. The Group has strict visual identity and logo guidelines and ourogo has our Khmer, English and Simplified Chinese naming conventions.

3.Individuals and parties who have received the fake invitations and wascontacted have reached out to Prince Real Estate Group's Facebook page toclarify and our Customer Service personnel have responded and providedclarifications accordingly. 4.We understand the concerns and public interest of journalists in coveringhis illegal incident. The Group sincerely hope that the media will note thisstatement of clarification, and we thank them for their understanding in thisunfortunate matter.

5.The Group takes a stern view of impersonators using our name to conductillegal activities and the Group reserves all legal rights to maintain our imageand reputation.
